Situated on the bank of lake, this heritage property was gifted by Maharaja Bhim singh in the year 1857 A.D. to his Oswal Commander in Chief Inder Raj Singhvi for his exemplary courage and bravery in
mumerous military campaigns under the banner of the Rathores of the state of Marwar. His son Akheraj Shinghvi built a dam across the river on the advice of sufi sant as he had no issue. By doing
this his name is remembered for ever.
